Abstract
This is an age of high-technology revolution for the foreseeable future, not only will it be necessary
for everyone to be computer literatebutit will also be necessary for all to be occupied with computer
skills. Of course, it is probably true to say that the growth of online learning and usage of e- services
in higher education is increasing rapidly in the last decade. In addition, the impact of digitalization
in the field of education, where through computer networks such as Internet has posed new challenges
in higher education and online Library Support Services. The objective of this study is to
provide overview of e- learning and e-services in higher education with special reference to online
Library Support Services. Besides, present study also gives limpidity about e- learning tools and with
the help of those tools it is required, for both the teacher and librarian, to re- evaluate their teaching
methodology, services and resources.
