Abstract: Internet has grown up as the most popular and effective information tool of the present age. It's growth, popularity and effectiveness are shaping the world as a global village. Every domain of the human intellect has taken boost with this outstanding development of the 20 th Century. Keeping these facts in mind, the Shantarakshita library of Tibetan Institute got the Internet connectivity in the year 1998. Since then, users of the library are immensely using it. To streamline the use of this facility and to train users in its proper use, various initiatives have been taken by the library. Present study is an endeavour in this direction.
