Abstract: | Many libraries in India acquires information sources in different media, one of which is digital media. The digital form enables the information source to be easily copied and transferred over the network. Digital media requires specific modifications in the Indian Copyright Law or altogether different law to ensure that the creator’s rights are protected by fair use of such media. |
