Digitizatoin in Indian setup is a bigger challange than it appears. This is true in the light of several issues governing the process. Some of these includes, monetory factors, buraucratic setup, absence of the policy-frame, unavailability of the skilled labour, and above all the absence of the environmental in which this needs to be carried out.
