Learners’ needs are increasingly seen to be continuous throughout the working life. It is understood that education is a means for the empowerment of their lives & future of their workplace. The use of enormous integrated set of computer and internet tools and resources in the new learning environments allows us to achieve more efficient and effective learning.With E-Learning, students are no more passive participant of the education systems, but they become active participants in the education process.
