dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to assess the quality of e-services of university libraries in Kerala. SERVQUAL questionnaire was used to elicit responses on a five-point Likert Scale to measure both the expectations and perceptions of the users of the libraries. The analysis shows that the perceived quality of e-services of the university libraries in Kerala is low. The analysis got negative gap scores. The study concludes that e-services of the university libraries in Kerala are not up to the expectations of their users. This study can be generalized and will be useful for librarians to plan, design and implement e-services in the libraries.en_US
