| Abstract: | In the era of information explosion and market competition mass media organizations require modernization to meet the challenges of the society. AIR is one of the of mass media organization and the AIR Libraries need immediate attention for their modernization of its services. The present paper discusses the objectives of the AIR and the role of the libraries in fulfilling the objectives .Proposes a stage wise plan for the total automation of the AIR Libraries in this direction for the networking of the AIR Libraries. |
