Abstract

This paper considers planning and designing of web technology and major reconstruction of existing web system with phenomenal description because in the present digital environment within a remarkable short time the Internet has evolved from an academic curiosity to mass medium, where web has been heralded as the basis of economic salvation for developing nations, as a new scholarly communication system and even as an alternative to television. This paper describes the essential mechanism for web and its services, architecture and utility in digital environment.
