| dc.description.abstract | Data Mining refers to the extraction or “Mining” knowledge from large amount of data or Data Warehouse. To do this extraction data mining combines artificial intelligence, statistical analysis and database management systems to attempt to pull knowledge form stored data. This paper gives an overview of this new emerging technology which provides a road map to the next generation of library.
