Media, be it print or electronic have played very important role in generating and disseminating various types of documents / information. This very aspect has brought media professionals and LIS professionals closer than ever before and both derive benefit from each other. In this paper we present the a case study of All India Radio, Ranchi and try to represent the issues, technologies, management techniques, etc. that A.I.R.
