Abstract: There are number of web sites available in the World Wide Web. They are aimed at sharing information and services to their users. In order to better serve their needs one has to know the visitors’ needs and the site’s traffic. This is possible using Web Analytical Tools. They are softwarewhich helps to know how often visitors come to the site, tracks visitor conversion across a seriesof pages, compares the behaviour of different types of visitors, and much more.
