    The paper mainly dials with how to manage the reprographic services in the libraries provides guildlines for all types of libraries with practical approach towards selection, acquisition and usage of microforms. The problems in managing the services and enumerated. Different types of technologies used in providing reprographic services are listed along with associated problems and solution. Finally, the paper proposes that, there is need to bring out a CD containing information of 15,000 manuscripts collection available in Nagpur University Library.
