| Abstract: | The paper presents brief profiles of IIT Madras and the Central Library. It further discusses the various value added and web based services available to the users. Document delivery service (DDS) provided, infrastructure available for DDS, usage of DDS, advanced deposit accounting system, digital initiatives and web based DDS with prototype are also highlighted. |
