| Abstract: | Libraries have gone through several changes since inception. The present social, economical and technological stress and strains have put libraries in the process of metamorphism. This metamorphism has brought about a complete new form of libraries known as Digital Libraries. A model has been suggested for developing a Digital Library for small and specialized libraries. |
