Abstract:

The present work is the urgent need of today in the current environment, and also, it is a
digital task for the institutions and Universities to store all the printed materials for their immediate need of scholars under the economic sanction on the name of ‘ban and cut’,
next the old and waste printed materials always thrown out as happened in Alexandria
and Nalanda Universities. Now the Digital repositories are the first and primary needs of
every institutions and University Libraries for the immediate knowledge, and this Digital
repositories is fully based on e-learning what the user needed. |
