Abstract:
Today though we widely talk about Digital, Electronic and Virtual Libraries, there are
many colleges unable to computerize their libraries for many reasons. Hence this paper
intends to help the people who are yet to undergo this process by analyzing the possible
practical problems and the precautions for the same.
