dc.description.abstract Developments in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), particularly in intranets, the Internet, hardware, multimedia software, and videoconferencing have created a tremendous potential for multi-site course delivery and on-demand training to people’s work sites. Four major areas for implementing E-learning are: knowledge management for corporates, education and training for corporate and individuals, performance support, and collaborative working.
