Abstract:

The present paper is mainly focused on the various aspects of the emerging new
technology in libraries for sharing the resources using CD-ROM networking. CD-ROM is
becoming the most popular media used for distribution of software due to its high storage
capacity, durability and low production cost. IARI library offers database services based
on their own collection or through the on-line access to the International databases with
