dc.description.abstract The technologies of the “knowledge Age” are transitioning from individual, isolated information systems and repositories to an expanded exchange and sharing of information in order to broaden the size and depth of knowledge available in individual and activities. Knowledge management is a strategy whereby the knowledge within an organization is treated as a key asset to be managed in the most effective way possible.
