In a rapidly changing, increasingly competitive world of today, Knowledge may be Organisation’s
greatest competitive advantage. Knowledge should flow freely in the organisation and a knowledge
portal is essential in any organization from where users get knowledge they need to do their work
at their finger tips and should get appropriate reputation for the knowledge they share. The paper
