dc.description.abstract The trends in web development technologies is taking place at an alarming rate and the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) has taken the Web-development world by storm. The HTML has brought the web , library at your finger tips. Now its sibling, XML, has begun its operations mainly in commercial sector. XML has become a formal sepecification of the World Wide Web (W3C). XML is having life outside the Internet, serving the publishing industry , specially for people producing documents intended to be published in multiple media.
