Abstract: Web-based social networking occurs through a variety of websites that allow users to share content, interact and develop communities around similar interests. Examples include websites such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Social networking is defined as the grouping of individuals together into to specific groups, often like a small community or a neighborhood. This paper is an attempt to highlights the fundamental of social networking that would build identity and trust in this digital era.
