Abstract:
The advent of computers and internet technology leads to the information explosion. The various
users will have various needs. Depending upon the need of the users the information access is
given importance. Even the information accessed is used in different ways by the people working
in the same organization. So, the access of right information at right time to the right user will
gain a lot to the management and organization.
